This is the best meatloaf. If you like sweet and sour, you'll love this simple, inexpensive recipe. You probably have most of the ingredients on hand. This is not your typical, dry meatloaf. It's extremely moist and pack a punch of flavor! Serve it with mashed potatoes and a veggie...like steamed broccoli or fried okra and you have a delicious dinner that'll make anyone's mouth water!

Ingredients
2lbsGround Chuck
1Small Onion (chopped
1 Egg
1/2cupItalian Breadcrumbs
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
18 ozCanned Tomato Sauce
1/4cupVinegar
1/4 cupBrown Sugar
1tbspWorschesire Sauce
1tspMustard
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a small saucepan, combine the tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, worschesire sauce and mustard.
Bring to a slight boil, to dissolve the sugar and mustard. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the chuck, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, salt and pepper. Use your hands to mix.
Pour about 1/4 to 1/2 of the sauce mixture into the meat mixture. Make sure its cool enough to mix well with your hands.
Spray a casserole pan with a no stick cooking spray. Put meat mixture into casserole and form into a loaf. With your little finger, poke several holes in the top.
Pour the rest of the sauce mixture over the meatloaf and put into preheated oven.
Cook for approximately 1 hour. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing
